Zereshk Polo, from Iranian cuisine is both easy and very tasty.
You can use this recipe in your invitations to be different.
1 chicken leg
1 teacup rice
3 Teacup Chicken Juice
Half a teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon paste
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon margarine
Half a lemon juice
1 tea cup zereshk
Boil the chicken in a pot with plenty of water. In another saucepan, melt margarine and add the paste. Add the flour and lemon to 1.5 teacup chicken broth. Take the chicken into a baking dish and rub on the mixture. Cook over medium heat until brown.
Pirince 1.5 coffee cups add chicken broth, salt and pepper and cook. Pour the saffron with a tablespoon of water and pour over the rice.
Take chicken and rice in a serving dish. Pour zereshkleri on rice and serve.
