1 piece of tortilla wrap
50 grams of tofu
25 g of cucumber
20 g lamb’s lettuce
1 piece of carrot
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 teaspoon vegetable broth
2 pieces of garlic clove (about 3 g)
2 pieces of onion (about 15 g)
Wrap with Marinated Tofu
Press garlic with a press or chop it very small with a knife. Add soy sauce, oil and vegetable broth and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste. Dice the tofu and leave it in the marinade (the longer, the better). Grate the carrot and slice the onion and cucumber. Fry the tofu in a pan.
Distribute the vegetables on the wrap, then add the tofu and roll together.
