Vegan plum cake

Vegan cake does not taste? The most important substitutes for milk, butter and co. Are coconut milk and coconut oil, whose subtle taste goes well with prunes. I found it nice to stage plum pie with minimal fruit and a few fruits. Of course you can also use a lot more plums.

Ingredients

8 plums
220 g of flour
80 g of ground almonds
1 teaspoon of soda
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
240 ml of coconut milk
1 lemon
60 ml of coconut oil
125 g of sugar
Powdered sugar for dusting
Special accessories
Brownie shape (about 23 x 23 cm)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Grease baking tin with a little coconut oil.

Coconut oil melt. Squeeze out the lemon. Mix oil, lemon juice, coconut milk and sugar.

Mix flour, ground almonds, baking soda and baking powder. Add to the coconut milk mixture and stir in briefly. Pour the dough into the mold.

Cut plums in half and remove seeds. Distribute evenly over the dough and bake in a hot oven for about 60 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
