Vegan mousse chocolate

And once again proves this vegan delicacy: enjoyment does not need animal ingredients. Seidentofu replaces cream and eggs alike without loss of taste. Good, dark chocolate and a shot of rum – finished is a vegan mousse that silences even carnivores.

Ingredients

4 servings

For the mousse
250 g silk tofu
150 g chocolate (70% cocoa)
1 tablespoon of rum
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon of sugar
For garnish
fresh fruits
Special accessories
blender

Preparation

Puree silk tofu. Melt chocolate over a hot water bath.  Lift chocolate, sugar, rum and vanilla sugar under the tofu. Fill mass into 4 small glasses and chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with fruits before serving.
