Vegan chocolate avocado truffle perfect Christmas dessert.
Ingredients for about 14 truffles
100 g chocolate (70 or 80 percent cocoa content)
1 ripe avocado
1 pinch of ground vanilla and Tonka bean
Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in a water bath.
Crush the flesh of the avocado with a fork to a fine sauce.
Add 1 pinch of ground vanilla and tonka bean to the avocado flour.
Now add the chocolate to the avocado and stir thoroughly. The whole comes in the fridge for an hour.
Cut small portions from the chilled mass of teaspoonfuls and roll small balls with your hands. Roll these into cocoa powder.
