600 g diced tomatoes from the tin
1 tbsp olive oil
200 g coconut milk
2 small or 1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
Cumin, Yellow Curry Powder, Garam Masala
Vegan Chickpeas Curry
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Drain the chickpeas well. In a pan, bring the olive oil to medium temperature. Then fry the onion and then the garlic in it. Add the tomatoes and coconut milk and mix well. Season with garam masala, cumin and curry powder. Then simmer and season again. Add the chickpeas and simmer for another 10 minutes. If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Once the curry is nice and thick, it can be served.
