For black beans, many wrongly think of a Mexican side dish. You can do it in just 30 minutes and from a bowl of these vegan brownies from the black beans. Special highlight: The vegan egg alternative made from flaxseed!
425 g black beans -2 pcs. "Flax" - eggs- 45 g of melted coconut oil-70 g of cocoa powder-1 pinch of salt-1 tsp vanilla sugar-100 g of organic cane sugar-1½ teaspoon baking powder-For the two "Flax" Eggs: 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed-6 tbsp water
425 g black beans from the tin (drained weight 425 grams)
2 pcs. “Flax” – eggs (see preparation)
45 g of melted coconut oil
70 g of cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
100 g of organic cane sugar
1½ teaspoon baking powder
For the two “Flax” Eggs
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
6 tbsp water
Vegan Black Bean Brownies
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a sheet (24 x 18 cm). Cut the “Flax” eggs by finely grinding two teaspoons of flaxseed and beating them with the whisk and 6 tablespoons of water to a smooth mass.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix at high speed for 3 minutes. Distribute the mass in the form.
