This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Unbaked & Sugar Free Baklava. Turkish people’s favourite dessert baklava is healthy and easy to make with this recipe. This healthy baklava which is made without cooking is sugar and flour free, it is also a vegan dessert.

Ingredients
1 cup powder pistachios (80 g)
10-12 pieces (120 gr) medium size date
Preparation
1-Wash the dates, remove the seeds.
2-With the pistachios, place them in the bowl of your kitchen robot. Mix the mixture thoroughly and pull * at high speed until a solid paste is formed.
3 – Soak the formed dough on your hands and put it on a baking paper. Thin long shape and wrap, wait 1 hour in the refrigerator. You can slice and serve.
