Tropical fruit dance: Tropical Smoothie. Especially on holidays my favorite, very tasty.
200 g pineapple
200 g papaya
1 orange (peeled)
1 piece of ginger
1 slice of lemon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch of cinnamon
200 ml coconut water (alternatively: water)
4-8 ice cubes
To garnish: goji berries and cinnamon
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency. Make sure that if you use frozen fruit less ice cubes are sufficient and with fresh fruit better some ice cubes are used in addition and accordingly the amount of water is reduced.
