Sugar, gluten and lead free brownie, I do three times a week is really myth. That’s why I put the name of the legend Brownie 🙂
This brownie does not contain gluten, it does not contain refined sugar and is prepared very easily. The taste is really great. For me, this legendary Brownie Brown.
1 tea cup palm porridge (175 gr palm)
Half a cup of olive oil
3/4 (three-quarters) tea cup cocoa
3/4 (three quarters) tea cup carob powder
1 teaspoon of carbonate, a few drops of lemon
A flick of salt
Half a teaspoon of real vanilla (optional)
2 handful walnuts
Soak about 175 g seedless persimmon in hot water for 10 minutes to prepare persimmon. Take some of the water and purée the scraps into the kitchen robot.
Beat the eggs with a fork. Add the olive oil and persimmon mashed and beat.
Add the sifted cocoa, carob powder, carbonate, lemon, salt and vanilla onto the liquid mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon. – Finally add the walnuts with big hands and mix.
Lubricate the square oven mold with a size of 20 * 20 cm and release the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 min. Make sure you’ve got a toothpick test. Enjoy your meal.
