Sugar and Gluten Free Cake with Beans

I made brownie from dry beans. It was also clear that there was no dry beans. I only have one suggestion, don’t tell the house that the brownie is completely out of beans. Our people ate at first, “very nice, health in the hands of the air, then flying in the bean after saying they stopped to eat 🙂

Ingredients

1 package of mexican beans

3 bananas

1 packet of baking powder

1 packet of vanilla

3 pieces of palm

3 tablespoons molasses

1 tablespoon carob powder

1 tablespoon cocoa

1 tea cup of milk

Preparation

We take the Mexican bean out of the can, and put it in the water for half an hour before it leaves the salt.

We keep the dates for 5 minutes in boiling water and soften the seeds.

We mix all the ingredients in the blender and cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Enjoy your meal.
