Strawberry Banana Smoothie, a great recipe for breakfast. Ideal to start your day energetically. If you wish you can add soy milk or yogurt.
400 grams of strawberries
2 bananas (mature)
400 ml of orange juice
Wash and clean the strawberries. Put in a blender. Peel the bananas, chop them and add them to the blender. Add the orange juice and puree everything.
Serve immediately as the smoothie may settle down depending on the performance of the blender.
