1 kg of spinach
1 coffee cup boiled rice
10 slice of bacon
2 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
Wash the spinach and then drain into a large pot. Add 1 glass of water and boil for 5 minutes over medium heat. Take it out of the furnace and drain the water and slim it off.
Heat the oil in the pot. Add the spinach and fry for a few minutes. Add the boiled rice, roast a few more minutes. Add the finely chopped bacon, and when the bacon becomes crunchy, add the tahini. After roasting for a few minutes, open the slots to break the eggs. Break the eggs into them and cook until the white parts are cooked by closing a lid. Serve hot from the stove and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
