500 g spinach
2 tablespoons corn flour
2 tablespoons flour
1 packet of baking powder
Salt, black pepper
100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
Wash and clean the spinach with the stems and finely chop. Then put in boiling water and hold for 2 minutes and place in a container filled with cold water and cool by hand.
In a deep bowl, stir the spinach, flour and eggs by adding the mozzarella, salt and pepper.
In the frying pan, pour 1 cup of liquid oil and heat it. Take 1 tablespoon of the spinach mixture and fry both sides.
