This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Easy Sesame Noodles with Knuspertofu.
Tofu is that kind of thing. As it is pure and unseasoned on the cutting board, it is – culinary as well as visually – not particularly … attractive. Then fry it a little bit in oil and add home-made peanut sauce: even a golden-brown, spicy treat winks at you from the pan. Add some quick satiety and spices to top it with sesame and spring onions.
83 g peanut butter
53 ml of sesame oil
53 ml soy sauce
40 ml of rice vinegar
1 1/3 tablespoon of Sambal Oelek
1 1/3 tablespoon sugar
3/4 garlic clove
3/4 piece ginger (about 2 cm)
233 grams of tofu
333 g rice noodles
3/4 tablespoon sunflower oil
40 g of chopped peanuts
Easy Sesame Noodles with Knuspertofu
Peel ginger and garlic. Rub ginger finely. Chop garlic. Peanut butter melt. Mix with sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and chilli sauce.
Roll the tofu. Heat the sunflower oil and sauté the tofu until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Add one third of the peanut sauce, stir and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Cook rice noodles according to the package instructions. Add the rest of the sauce to the tofu and mix. Cut spring onions into rings. Sprinkle rice noodles with peanuts and spring onions.
