Pica de Gallo is a typical Mexican salsa. However, if you have a problem with sharpness, he should better keep away from it. 4 pieces of tomatoes
1 toe garlic
1 piece of onion
1 piece of chili
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of fresh coriander
2 pieces of limes
1 pinch of salt
For the Pico de Gallo we cut tomatoes, onions, chili and garlic into very small cubes. Then we chop parsley and coriander and lift it underneath. Finally we taste it all together with the juice of limes and some salt.
