This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Salmon Patties with Red Cabbage Salad.
Ingredients for 4 persons
1 stick of celery
600 g thawed salmon fillets
1 egg white
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
300 g red cabbage
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 EL Condimento Bianco
5 tbsp olive oil
4 tablespoons of parsley leaves
Salt, black pepper from the mill
Clean celery and cut into small cubes. Rinse salmon cold and pat dry. Cut 400g salmon into about 1 cm cubes. Roughly dice leftover salmon and mince in a lightning chopper.
