12-14 small potatoes, boiling
1 jar of chickpeas (you only need the water = Aquafaba)
2 crushed garlic cloves or garlic powder

Potatoes with Aquafaba
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Thoroughly wash and dry the potatoes, leave the skin on.
Place the potato between two chopsticks or two thicker kitchen boards and cut into thin slices as far as possible. The chopsticks help you not to cut potatoes. Drain the chickpeas and pick up the water (you can use the chickpeas for my banana bread, humus or another chickpea recipe). Mix the chickpea water with the garlic, chilli, tomato flakes and dill. Bake potatoes in a hot oven in the lower third about 40 minutes (depending on the potato size) until golden brown and serve hot.
