This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Perfect Christmas Cheescake.
100 g butter
180 g cinnamon stars
4 Oreo biscuits
2 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
300 g cream cheese
250 g of mascarpone
4 tbsp vanilla syrup (if necessary replace with 4 sachets / approx. 32g vanilla sugar)
20 g instant gelatin in powder form
6 cinnamon stars
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
First, put 100 g butter in a saucepan and melt on the stove.
Then grind the cinnamon stars and the Oreo biscuits in the blender.
Then add the biscuit flour, sugar and cinnamon to the melted butter and process to a homogeneous mass.
Cut a circle of baking paper to fit and lay the shape with it. Add the mass to the bottom, spread evenly, press down and place in the fridge for about half an hour.
For the cream cream cheese and mascarpone on the highest level creamy beat (mixer or hand mixer). Add vanilla syrup. Pour in the gelatin powder, stirring. Shake everything smooth, spread on the biscuit bottom and put in the fridge for an hour.
For the decoration, grind the cinnamon stars very finely in the blender, the dustier the better. Mix with cocoa powder and cinnamon and dust through a sieve over the Zimtstern Cheesecake. If you like, you must first place star stencils on the cinnamon cheesecake and then remove them again. Done is the perfect dessert for Christmas!
