Wash chicken and pat dry. Cut into 6-8 pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the parsley, pat dry and chop finely. Melt butter in a small pan, add garlic and simmer while turning over low heat. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Brush the chicken pieces with the garlic butter, turn in the breading and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the remaining breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: stage 3) for 50-60 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and wash tomatoes.
