Mexican Style Quesadilla

Especially the Mexican Style Quesadilla,  I like to make for Sunday brunch is prepared quickly.

Ingredients

For the pulp:

Half a glass of water

1 egg

1 teaspoon vinegar

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

75 g butter

For internal mortar

1 onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

200 g less fat minced meat

1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste

1 red capers

10 sprigs of parsley

Salt

Black pepper

For the above:

1 egg

1 tbsp water

Preparation

1 – Take the water, egg and vinegar into a large mixing bowl for the dough. Whisk the flour, salt and cube with butter and mix with a mixer. Knead until all material is thoroughly identified. Take the dough that comes to the shape of the ear nozzle on a lightly loom. Knead for 4-5 minutes and stretch to stretch film. Leave in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

2- Sauté the onion for the inner mortar in the olive oil until it is pink. Add the mince and continue to sauté until the color turns. Add the tomato paste, finely chopped red pepper and parsley. Cook with salt and pepper and cook until the ground water is removed.
