For the dough:
5 pcs. eggs
100 g of sugar
100 g cane sugar
3 tbsp water (hot)
125 g of flour
125 g cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
For the cream:
150 ml whipping cream
200 g dark chocolate
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
250 g butter
80 g icing sugar
1 pkg. Vanilla sugar
1 pkg. Smartiesrolle (big)-

Kit Kat Cake
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar until creamy for the Kitkat Smarties cake. Add cornstarch, flour, baking powder and mix. Pour the dough into a springform pan and bake at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes and allow to cool.
For the cream, whip up the whipped cream, pour over the chocolate and stir until everything has melted. Beat the butter with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and mix everything.
Then season to taste and add cocoa to your taste. Then put the cream in the fridge. Cut the floor twice.
Put some cream on the bottom, put the second floor on top. Put some cream on it and put the last floor on it. Coat the cake with the remaining cream completely.
Then set the Kitkats individually on the edge. But f
or fixing I would still wrap a ribbon around the cake. Finally, simply sprinkle the Smarties over it and let cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
