Ingredients
Boiled chickpeas in 2 cups
1 cup of tahina
3 tooth forged garlic
1/2 lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
If you are not going to use boiled chickpeas, put it in water for 1 night and leave until the next day. Peel off the skin to make the consistency smooth. Pull the boiled chickpea into the food processor and add a little bit of tahini. Add half of the olive oil and all the remaining ingredients. Add water to the desired consistency. If you like the humus more thick, add less water. Bring the humus to a plate and shape it with the back of the spoon. Serve with olive oil and chopped parsley.
