150 gr mozzarella (grated)

80 g (1 cup) of raw almonds drawn like flour

½ teaspoon carbonate

1 medium size tomatoes – 250 gr
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tea cup drinking water
1-2 teeth of grated garlic
Set the oven to 160 ° C. To prepare the bread, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the shredded cheese and warm by stirring on a low heat until it dissolves thoroughly.
Whisk the egg in a large bowl, add the almond flour, melted cheese, garlic grated, carbonate and vinegar and mix quickly with a spoon until a hard dough is formed that adheres lightly.
Dump the dough into 5 pieces and wet your hands by giving a round shape. Place the baking paper on a tray and bake for about 15-20 min and take the shape of hamburger bread and cook until the color is golden. Remove and cool.
Knead the meat with salt and garlic to make meatballs. 5 pieces of hamburger meatballs in the palm of your hand. Cook on the grill. Separate it aside.
Grate the tomato to prepare the sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and cook for about 15 minutes until they are bubbling and smelling like crisp. We’re coming to the final stage now.
Divide the bread in half and dip in the sauce. Place the hamburger meatballs in them and put them in a toothpick and serve them immediately.
