50 g leaf spinach
2 tbsp almond flour
30 g of grated cheese
1 pr salt, pepper
30 g of salad of your choice
1 piece of tomato sliced
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 sp lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
If you like, the spinach leaves cook briefly in a little water, but they can also be processed directly. Wash and carefully squeeze the liquid with your hands. Mix with almond flour, egg, cheese, salt and pepper to a dough.
Spread the finished mass into circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Let cool briefly and fill with the salad and the tomato.
Mix the yoghurt with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to give as a dressing on the salad. Already finished!
