This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Gluten Free Chocolate Cake.

150 ml of rum
2 pck vanilla sugar
250 g of sugar
150 g of walnuts, ground
5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 pck of baking soda
75 g chocolate flakes
100 g of cornstarch, sieved
100 g of couverture
1 tbsp rum
2 tablespoons chocolate, white, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the ground walnuts and stir well. Mix the baking powder with the cocoa powder, sift and stir. Add the cornflour spoon by spoon. Add the rum and stir well again. Carefully fold in the chocolate flakes.
Pour the dough into a greased springform sprinkled with ground walnuts and bake for about 35 – 50 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely and then release from the springform pan.
Melt the couverture in a water bath and mix with the rum. Cover the cake and sprinkle with the chopped white chocolate. If you do not like walnuts, you can replace them with ground hazelnuts or almonds.
