Hamburger does not have to be unhealthy, you can make healthy hamburgers in your home with this recipe.
For 1 burger bread
3 pinch rock salt
1/2 teaspoon homemade onion-garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon homemade apple vinegar
1/2 teaspoon carbonate
2 tablespoons powdered almonds
2 tablespoons of grated coconut / flour
1 tbsp butter / olive oil
Spread the hamburger bread ingredients from the food processor to the purée of puree. Bake in a preheated 170C oven, covered with oiled / baked paper, in a circle-shaped souffle bowl until golden. Cool. Cut it in half, put the other ingredients in it and eat it.
