Flourless Sausage and Cheese Waffle

Ideal for breakfasts, Flourless Sausage and Cheese Waffle. I think a great sandwich can replace bread. In the afternoon, if you serve some breakfast with tomato paste and baked cheese mushrooms, you can even pass pizza instead! How to adapt now is up to you.

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 teaspoon strained yogurt
3 teaspoons of melted butter
3-4 slice sausage or bacon
1/2 cup grater tongue cheese / or any other cheese you prefer
1 teaspoon old cheddar grater (optional)
1 tablespoon of powdered almonds (optional)

Preparation

Heat your waffle machine. Beat the eggs, yogurt, butter. cut your sausages into tiny pieces. Add to mix. Add the grated cheese and almonds and mix with a wooden spoon. Lubricate your waffle machine beautifully. Share the mixture. Do not open the lid for 4-5 minutes. When the time has elapsed, gently lift the lid and check if it is cooked. Carefully separate when cooked, serve immediately. Enjoy your meal.
