We have a great recipe for those looking for a different flavor at breakfast: Egg sacs with avocado.
The preparation takes ten minutes and is very tasty.
2 slices of multi-grain toasted bread
2 pieces of avocado
1 teaspoon lemon juice
A pinch of chia seeds
2 teaspoons of vinegar
Two pinches of salt
1 teaspoon black seed
1 tsp butter
Boil 4 cups of juice in a small pot for the poacher eggs. Add salt and vinegar when the water boils. 1 minute boil the eggs carefully into the water break. After 5 minutes, remove the eggs from the water with the help of a small strainer.
Place the slices of avocado slices with thinly sliced lemon on the toasted bread, then place the sachet eggs carefully.
Pour the melted butter on them. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, black cumin and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
