7 EL honey
250 g flour
150 g sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 EL gingerbread Spice
2 tablespoons butter
1 pcs egg
For the gingerbread biscuits, preheat the oven to 175 degrees and lay out the baking tray with parchment paper. Heat the honey in a saucepan.
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Press a trough in the middle and pour in honey. Mix with a hand mixer with a dough hook.
Add the sugar, baking soda, gingerbread spice, butter and egg and knead until the dough is smooth and supple. Roll out 0.5 cm thick on a lightly floured work surface and cut out biscuits to taste.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
