A favorite recipe after sports. Ham Cannelloni, very practical and delicious.

For 2 servings
300 g peppers
200 g of zucchini
1 tbsp oil
1 can of tomatoes
1 tbsp of thyme leaves
4 slices of cooked ham
50 g goat cream cheese
30 g Gouda
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees). Finely chop the onion. Clean the peppers and zucchini and dice them roughly.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions in a glassy sauce. Add zucchini and paprika, sauté vigorously. Salt and pepper.
- Season tomatoes with thyme, salt and pepper. Put 2/3 of it in a casserole dish (20 x 15 cm).
- Fill the ham slices with the vegetables. Spread the cream cheese over it and roll up the ham. Put rolls in the mold. Sprinkle with the remaining tomatoes and Gouda. Bake in the hot oven in the lower third for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
