Ingredients for 2 servings
For the millet
100 g millet (organic)
200 ml of water or vegetable broth
For the thalers
2 carrots, grated
1 pepper, cut small
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
40 g of dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons of flour
salt, pepper, turmeric and nutmeg to taste
Boil millet with water or vegetable broth and let it pass through.
Chop and cut the vegetables.
If necessary, puree the millet together with the spices so that the mass gets finer.
Knead the finished millet together with the vegetables and the flour to a mass.
Heat some oil in a pan.
Pour portion by portion into the pan and fry briefly crispy on both sides.
Serve and enjoy the finished patties with guacamole.
