This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Couscous with minced meat.
3 cups couscous
2 tsp salt
250 g minced meat
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons of butter
2 medium-sized onions (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon of red ground pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon pepper paste
2 pieces of pepper (finely chopped)
Take the butter with the oil and add the minced meat. Mix the minced meat until it is mixed. Add the onions and roast for a few more minutes. Add salt, powder pepper and paste. Stir a few times and add the chopped green peppers and tomatoes. Bake on low heat for 10 minutes.
Fill a deep saucepan with water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and let it boil. When water boils, shake couscous and stir. Boil the couscous for 10 minutes. Strain the cooked couscous and throw it into the sauce of minced meat in the waiting pot. Mix and serve hot.
