This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Christmas Tree Cookie.
Cookie smell and pine tree. Colorful gifts and serenity.
20 g chocolate or couverture
Sweets, (M & M’s) or chopped almonds
1 piece (s) of chocolate, (chocolate wreath with nonpareilles)
1 shortbread (e) with chocolate filling, round
2 gummy bears, 8 gold and silver beads
Almond (s), grated
Food coloring, green (liquid)
Form small sachets from sandwich paper and fix with Tesafilm. To do this, take the sandwich paper twice and screw it into the fold. Put the sachets in an empty egg carton.
Melt the chocolate and pour a small part into a sachet. Then either add a few M & M’s (or chopped almonds – whatever you have just there) and fill up the rest with chocolate. Allow to cool and gently remove from the paper.
Make icing out of some icing sugar, lemon juice and green food coloring. Color the grated almonds with green food coloring. Coat the chocolate cone with the icing and roll it into the grated almonds. Fix the Christmas tree balls (gold and silver balls) with a little icing.
Make a sugar glaze without food coloring and put it in a freezer bag or a small spout. Stick the chocolate wreath with icing on the round butter biscuit, then also stick the Christmas tree on it. Stick two M & M’s as gifts (possibly decorate with gift ribbon) and glue two gummy bears to it.
