According to the researchers, dark chocolate (with a percentage of cocoa mass of at least 70%) contains some substances able to increase the production of endorphins, the chemical mediators of “pleasure”. It seems that the pleasant sensations strengthen our immune system, thus helping us to fight diseases, including seasonal ones such as rhinitis, pharyngitis, tracheitis.

4 very fresh eggs
200 g of fresh berries
