A shot cake? Chocolate Cake Shot.
A recipe that I often do, kids love very much. It takes 40 minutes to prepare and cook very easily.
200 grams of ground almonds
200 grams of sugar
5 eggs, separated
1 organic orange, peel and juice
50 grams of cocoa powder
To taste: a few pieces of chocolate or baking chocolate
2 cl Cointreau
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.
Stir in ground almonds, peel off the organic orange and the squeezed orange juice and Cointreau juice. Now stir in the cocoa.
Finally, stir the egg whites until frothy and place under the almond-cocoa mass.
Now fill the mass into the jars, just enough to make the jars filled to 3/4 as the dough goes up while baking.
Depending on the glass height, bake for 20 to 30 minutes. In any case, after 15 minutes make the stick sample and take out the cake when almost nothing gets stuck.
