China pan with chicken, mushrooms, broccoli and paprika

Make a delicious China pan with soy sauce and chicken, mushrooms, broccoli and peppers. A light dish with a lot of taste and fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

600 g chicken breast fillet
400 g mushrooms, brown
200 g of broccoli
200 g of paprika
4 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
2 spring onions
1 lemon
1 chili pepper
1 tsp ginger, grated
200 ml of warm water
50 ml organic soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 teaspoon sesame
1 teaspoon cumin
Bamboo salt
pepper

Preparation

Wash chicken breast fillet and dry with a kitchen papercloth. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms, remove the dry ends of the stems and quarter the mushrooms . Cut and wash the broccoli florets from the stalk.

Core the peppers and cut into pieces . Peel and chop the garlic, peel and dice the shallots . Clean the spring onions and cut them into slices at an angle. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Cut the chilli in half lengthwise, corer and cut into small pieces.

Heat the sesame oil in the pan and fry the shallots, garlic and meat.  Add the mushrooms and the pepper and fry for several minutes.  Add the broccoli and spring onions.

Mix the honey and soy sauce with warm water in a bowl and add to the meat . Boil the mixture and stir several times  Add ginger, chilli and lemon juice and mix.

Season with cumin, salt and pepper. Put China pan on four plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
