This is the name of the dish we have chosen for you; Chia pudding Strawberry Yoghurt.
40 g chia seeds
5 big strawberries
300 g natural yoghurt
10 g pineapple
100 ml soymilk
Muesli or dried fruits
Chia pudding Strawberry Yoghurt
Fill the chia seeds into a glass and douse with the soy milk. Let stand overnight.
Puree the strawberries and mix with the 200 g natural yoghurt. Do the same with the pineapple and the remaining yoghurt. Of course, any other fruit can be used here as well.
Cut the strawberries into slices the next day and spread them on the jar on the pudding. Alternatively cut into small cubes and lift under the yoghurt. Fill the strawberry yoghurt over the swollen chia seeds.
Then sprinkle either cereal or dried fruit (if necessary cut small) over the yoghurt.
Now fill the pineapple yoghurt to the rim of the glass. If there is still room, fruits such as Pomegranates are distributed on top of the yogurt. You can do it the other way with kiwi.
