1 kg of spinach
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon of salt
250 g yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
10-12 pieces of walnut (Big chopped)
2 spoonful butter
Half a teaspoon of ground pepper
Heat the liquid oil in the saucepan and roast the finely chopped onion. Add the finely chopped spinach. For 5 minutes, stir continuously. Remove from the oven, add the salt and sweeten.
Roast the walnut with 1 teaspoon of butter in a separate pan and remove from the stove.
Whisk the crushed garlic in a bowl with yogurt.
Add the garlic yogurt and walnuts and stir.
Foam the remaining butter in a small pan with a powdered pepper.
Take the spinach borani on a serving plate. Pour the butter with powdered pepper and serve.
