Baked Eggplant Moussaka

The most delicious eggplant Moussaka.
When it is made in the oven, it is both lighter and more delicious.

Ingredients

4 eggplants

Half pound of normal minced meat

2 tomatoes

1 dried onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

Parsley

Black pepper, red chili peppers

Preparation

Eggplants are asked in a variegated way and cut to 1 finger thickness, fried in hot oil.

In a separate pan, onion is roasted in light oil.  Chopped tomatoes are added and roasted for 3 min.

Spices are added, ground beef is nicely roasted. The latest parsley is added.

The fried eggplants are arranged in a small tray. Let’s spread it on the eggplants evenly over our mincemeat.

Then, when this process is finished, add the tomato paste and water into a bowl and let it mix over the tray. Be careful not to be too watery. 1. 5 cups enough. We keep it in a preheated 180-degree oven until it’s cooked. Enjoy your meal.
