Apricot christmas truffles, easy and tasty. Christmas is unimaginable without sweet snacks. Eat before dinner or after. Must try.
50 g apricot, dried
75 g butter, soft
100 g of powdered sugar
2 pck vanilla sugar
3 drops of butter-vanilla flavor
3 tablespoons apricot liqueur
200 g grated chocolate, dark
Finely chop the apricots. For the truffle mixture, gently stir the soft butter with a hand mixer (whisk). Sift the powdered sugar. First add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, then stir in the aroma, liqueur and grated chocolate. Finally, stir in the apricots and let the mixture cool for about 30 minutes.
Form small balls with powdered sugar, roll them in sifted cocoa and, if desired, place them in small chocolate boxes. Keep the Christmas truffles well chilled.
