My favorite: Apple Smoothie. It keeps my immune system alive especially in the winter.
You can also add almond milk. it’s beautiful.
Ingredients
2 apples
1 banana
200 ml of orange juice
50 ml of water or 4 ice cubes
Preparation
Wash the apples and chop them, then place their pieces in the blender together with the banana. First, just add a dash of orange juice and mince everything. Then stop the blender and fill up with the remaining juice and water or ice cubes if necessary. Mix shortly and then serve fresh.
