For the ground version 1, mix the nuts with the crumbled spooned biscuits and the melted butter well and place in a greased 26 cm springform pan, press well, and then pull up approx. 3 cm on the edge. Set the shape aside.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C, top / bottom heat.

For filling, all ingredients should be at room temperature.
Stir the cream cheese gently with a blender at low speed, gradually adding the sugar and mixing until the mixture is nice and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, mixing them further. Add the flour, the vanilla extract and the lemon juice and stir. Finally, add the sour cream or sour cream to the mixture and stir well.

Put the filling on the floor in the springform. Put the springform in the oven and bake the cake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Then turn off the oven and let the cake cool for 1 hour with the oven door slightly open.
Then place the springform pan in the fridge for 24 hours.

If bottom variant 2 is preferred, mix the crumbled graham crackers in a bowl with the cinnamon. Mix in the melted butter and place the biscuit mixture in the baking paper that has been laid out completely (including the edge). Press the biscuit mixture well with a glass bottom and pull up an edge of approx. 3 cm.

During the preparation of the filling put this soil together with the springform pan into the freezer.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C, top / bottom heat.

Remove the springform from the freezer and place the filling on the ground and bake the cake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let the cake cool for 1 hour with the oven door slightly open.

Then place the springform pan in the fridge for 24 hours.

After the cooling time loosen the edge of the springform pan and cut open the cake and serve.

Tip:
To prevent cracking of the cake, a bowl of water can be placed on the bottom of the oven.
The cake pieces should not be cut too big, the cake is very rich.
